The weekend is here and it looks like we’ll be in for some nice weather heading into Thanksgiving week. The high on Friday was 62, which was very nice, especially since we’ve already had two snowstorms and well below freezing weather in the past few weeks. Sure, the temperature will drop twenty degrees by Turkey Day, but that’s just a good excuse to stay home and play cards, eat good food, and watch a few football games.

In the meantime, let’s solve this Wordle!

Well I’m definitely unlucky today like I was yesterdaybut I did everything I could. My first guess comes from a curious place. I recently wrote my review of the new Netflix series The man insidee, and in this show the main character (played by Ted Danson) reads Smiley people John Le Carré. I think the “smile” part stuck in my head, and it was a decent enough starting word, although the rest of my guesses left a lot to be desired. BREAD in particular wasn’t the best second guess and definitely set me back. However, NEWLY has narrowed down the remaining 5 possible solutions to just one: JELLY for the win! Peanut butter jelly time! Peanut butter jelly time!
