Baby found abandoned on terrace of building, rescued – Telangana Today

Police reportedly reached the building and after investigating, transported the infant to a local hospital for treatment.

Hyderabad: A baby abandoned on a building’s terrace was rescued Chaderghat police on Saturday. The baby was found on terrace in Chaderghat by several people who later informed the police.

Police reportedly reached the building and after investigating, transported the infant to a local hospital for treatment. After a preliminary examination, the child was transferred to Nilufer Hospital. The child had health problems.

The police registered a case and informed the Child Welfare Department officials. Police are checking CCTV footage installed around the building to identify those who may have brought the baby and left it on the terrace of the building.
