Evansville man found guilty in death of 11-month-old son

EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) – Court records show the man on trial for the death of his child has been found guilty.

Taylor Fisher was found guilty of neglect resulting in death, neglect and several drug charges.

This is after authorities said his child, 11-month-old Karsen Fischer died from fentanyl and other drugs in his system.

This happened back in October 2023.

A month later, Fisher was arrested in Fort Wayne.

Court records show Fisher will be sentenced Dec. 20.

Meanwhile, the child’s mother, Kaitlen Dossett, will have a rehearing on December 2.
