Gurgaon water outage: Gurugram to face 12-hour water supply disruption on Friday; check times and affected areas

According to a PTI report, water supply will be disrupted on Friday from 10 am to 10 pm in various areas of Gurugram due to repair work on the main pipeline at Kadipur Chowk. Due to maintenance work being carried out by the Gurugram Metropolitan Development Authority (GMDA), the Basai water treatment plant and Sector 16 pumping station will be shut down for 12 hours on Friday, the official said.

According to the GMDA statement, water supply will be disrupted in several areas of the city including Basai, Kadipur, Sirhol, Chakarpur, Nathupur, Sikandarpur, Hansa Enclave villages, sectors 10A, 37, 34, 14, 16, 17, 18 and 15, and phases 1–4 DLF and other places.

Besides, there will be no water supply in Cyber ​​City and Udyog Vihar Phase-I, II, III, IV and V, South City-I, Sushant Lok-II and MG Road, Surya Vihar (Dundahera), the notification said.

The GMDA advised citizens to conserve water and not waste it to avoid drought.
