LGBTQ+ advocates in Russia are preparing for political changes. Community groups know Massachusetts could become a state where transgender people can move to access gender-affirming care. At the same time, President-elect Donald Trump also said he would cut federal funding for those providing such assistance and end what he called, quote: “Transgender Madness”“
