Small businesses to hold Pink Friday in St Marys

ST. MARYS, W.Va. (WTAP) – St. Marys small businesses are holding Pink Friday downtown to remind consumers to shop for less.

The event will feature a variety of activities such as carriage rides, face painting and a little bingo in the store. 25 enterprises will take part in the event.

Sarah Schmidt, co-host of Pink Friday, said it’s important to shop smaller before shopping at chain stores.

The event will take place on November 22 from 17:00 to 20:00.
