Greater Cincinnati community seeks artists for ‘utility box project’

SPRINGFIELD TOWNSHIP, Ohio (WKRC) – Springfield Township is calling on artists to submit designs for a new project aimed at turning utility boxes along Winton Road into public attractions.

The initiative aims to transform these ordinary spaces into vibrant works of art, with selected designs being reproduced on UV-resistant vinyl. Each installation will feature the artist’s name prominently.

Artists interested in participating must submit their work by February 15th. The completed installations will be unveiled next summer.
