Authorities are searching for a missing girl whose mother allegedly gave her to a drug dealer.

MOORE, Okla. (KOKO) – Authorities have finally identified the child at the center of a disturbing missing person case from Moore, Oklahoma.

Police were only able to find a photograph of the little girl taken when she was 1 or 2 years old.

Officers with the Moore Police Department say London Kerr would be 5 years old today. She was last seen in April 2022.

The child’s mother, Ashley Rowland, allegedly gave the girl to a man named Carlos, who was dealing methamphetamine.

Rowland said the person may be in Mexico.

Officers said they searched London for weeks, looking at multiple properties, storage units and electronic devices, trying to find the girl’s birth certificate, Social Security card, clothing or anything else that might lead them to her.

After several weeks of searching, nothing was found except two photographs.

Now police are asking OSBI to help with the investigation. London is also listed as missing in the National Crime Information Center.
